EnrolHub is a booking, payments and enrolment platform for small Australian RTOs. It was built to take the bookings for a Sydney training business, and it can be set up for your courses, your dates and your domain.
One email address. No form, no sales sequence.
What is EnrolHub?
EnrolHub runs the part of your business between a student finding a course and turning up on the day: choosing a date, paying, getting a confirmation, and appearing on your list for the day.
It was built for a Sydney training business — nine courses, fixed two-day dates, card payments, confirmation emails and a staff portal. EnrolHub is that platform, opened up so another training business can run on it.
Your students never see the name EnrolHub. The site is yours, the emails come from your address, and the staff portal sits on your domain.
What do you get?
Your brand and your domain
Your logo, your colours, your wording, on your own web address. Not a listing on someone else's marketplace.
Online bookings with Stripe
A student picks a course, picks a date, enters their details and pays by card. The money lands in your own Stripe account. It never passes through mine.
Confirmation emails
Every paid booking sends the student a confirmation with the date, time and venue. A booking is confirmed when the payment is confirmed, never before.
A staff portal
A login for you and your staff: who is booked on what, the list for the day, payment status and enquiries. It runs on enrolhub.com.au today and moves to your own domain at handover.
Course pages in plain English
One page per course: the price, the dates, what to bring, who it is for, and what happens after. Where a page states a rule, it links the regulator page that states it.
A monthly report
Once a month you get a short report: bookings taken, payments settled, what changed on the site, and what I think is worth doing next.
How does a demo work?
Before you pay anything, you get your own site rebuilt on EnrolHub and you run an enrolment through it yourself.
You send me your website
I read your pages and your training.gov.au scope. Nothing is invented: every course name and price comes from a page of yours, and anything I cannot find is left blank rather than guessed.
I rebuild your site
Your courses, your prices and your wording, on a preview address of your own at your-name.enrolhub.com.au.
You run a real test enrolment
Open it on your phone, pick a course, pick a date, pay with a test card and read the confirmation email that arrives. The whole path, on your own courses.
You tell me what is wrong with it
A wrong price, the wrong venue, a course you stopped running. I fix it, or we stop there and you keep the ideas.
The preview is marked as a preview on every page and is kept out of search results. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.
Who is it for?
This is for you if
- You are a small Australian RTO running scheduled courses, and bookings still arrive by phone, email or a PDF form.
- You deliver under a partner RTO, and that partnership has to be stated on every course page.
- One or two people run the whole business, and nobody has time to administer a system.
- Students ring after hours to ask when the next course runs, and the answer is a date you would otherwise keep up to date by hand.
This is not for you if
- A student management system already handles your bookings and your payments, and you are happy with it.
- You need AVETMISS reporting, certificate issuing or your compliance paperwork done for you. EnrolHub does not do those today.
- You want to be live next week without reading a word of your own course pages.
What does it cost?
There is a build fee and a monthly fee. I quote both after I have seen your courses, because a business with four courses and no published dates is not the same job as one with twenty courses across three venues.
You pay Stripe's card fees directly, on your own account. I do not take a share of your enrolments — it complicates your BAS and it is not how I want to be paid.
